Mohammed Samin M. Younus - Chief Executive Officer:

Mr. Samin has over 20 years of experience in Pakistan’s capital markets. His efforts and commitment have earned him strong business relationships with clients. In his previous assignment, he profitably managed and operated the Mohammed Hanif Moosa Dharwarwala from 1994 to 2001. Mr. Samin has played a key role in the development of Pakistan’s capital market.

Mr. Saad bin Naseer - Advisor:

Mr. Saad is a financial markets professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in the brokerage industry in leadership roles. In 2015, he co -founded Mettis Global, a financial data startup, where he serves as a director looking after the software and media verticals. Throughout his years in the capital market, Mr. Saad has built large network of diversified clients.

Shahrukh Naqvi - Executive Director:

Mr. Shahrukh has 20 -year experience in securities brokerage. His focus has been on equity sales for local institutions, international, local and high net -worth clients. Before joining Sherman Securities, he served as Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Equity Sales at Fortune Securities. He has experience in setting brokerage operations, structuring and executing complex transactions.

Mr. Anis Abdul Aziz - Chief Operating Officer:

Mr. Anis Abdul Aziz has more than 20 years of experience in equity brokerage business. He has been a renowned name in the Pakistan Stock Exchange and foreign exchange market since 1994. His expertise have helped Sherman Securities grow into a leading brokerage house in the country. He has also helped extend the range of offerings at Sherman Securities.

Mr. Sumair Samin - Head of Compliance:

Mr. Sumair leads the compliance department at Sherman Securities. Prior to Sherman, he has served as director at Topline Securities and Tannu Securities. He has a bachelors degree in Commerce and has passed multiple certificate courses on compliance. Mr. Sumair is a professional individual with a emphasis on maintaining the organization’s legal as well as ethical integrity.

Mr. Farhan Mahmood - Head of Research:

Mr. Farhan Mahmood heads the research department at Sherman Securities and has more than 16 years of experience in Pakistan’s capital markets. Before joining Sherman Securities, he led research at Topline Securities. Mr. Farhan was awarded Pakistan’s Best Analyst 2009, according to a survey conducted by CFA Association of Pakistan. He was also ranked second -best analyst in Pakistan for two consecutive years by Asiamoney.

Mr. Adeel Ahmed - Head of IT:

Mr. Adeel heads the IT department at Sherman Securities. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT -related positions. Previously, he has worked at MAK Securities. Mr. Adeel is at the forefront of Sherman Securities’ pivot towards provision of services online and has played a key role in setting up the company’s IT infrastructure.
