Muhammad Samin M. Younus
Muhammad Samin M. Younus, CEO of Sherman Securities, has over 30 years of experience in the financial markets, particularly the Pakistan Stock Exchange and Foreign Exchange markets. Known for his strategic leadership and client dedication, he managed Mohammed Hanif Moosa Dharwarwala Securities profitably from 1994 to 2001. Under his guidance, Sherman Securities has become one of Pakistan’s top brokerage firms, offering a full range of financial services. His commitment to ethics and long-term client relationships has been key to the firm’s success.
Sadiq Samin
Sadiq Samin, with over ten years of expertise in equity research and investment advisory, holds a Business Administration degree from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA). His analytical skills and market insight have helped Sherman Securities offer data-driven strategies to clients. Sadiq plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s research services and business strategy.
Sumair Samin
With over a decade of experience in the securities market, Muhammad Sumair is a seasoned financial professional. As the Director and Head of Compliance at Sherman Securities, he is responsible for upholding the firm’s legal and ethical standards, ensuring the protection of both the company and its clients. Sumair has held several significant roles, including serving as Head of Compliance since 2018. Prior to his tenure at Sherman Securities, he held directorial positions at both Tannu Securities and Topline Securities.
Muhammad Shafi Zakaria – Non-Executive Director
With over 30 years of executive experience, Muhammad Shafi Zakaria is a Fellow Cost & Management Accountant and a partner at Afras Consulting. He has held leadership roles at major firms like National Transmission and Despatch Company Ltd. As a non-executive director, his extensive expertise in corporate governance and financial management supports Sherman Securities’ strategic growth. He has also served as Chairman of the Karachi Business Council.

Before joining Sherman, he led the research team at Topline Securities. His expertise has been recognized in the industry, earning him the title of Pakistan’s Best Analyst in 2009 from the CFA Association of Pakistan and a ranking as the second-best analyst in Pakistan for two consecutive years by Asiamoney.
